Returns for Damaged Products
At HŪMN ['sāpien], we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if there is an issue with your order.
If your product arrives damaged (e.g., cracked, leaking, or broken), we are here to help. Please email us at hello@humnsapien.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage. Our team will review your case and work with you to find a satisfactory solution, including a refund for the damaged products.
Please understand that a small amount of dusting or powder around the outside of compact pans is normal during transit and does not qualify as damage.
Customer Order Returns
We want you to love your HŪMN ['sāpien] purchase, so if you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. If you need to return an order, please be aware that a $5 processing fee will apply for each order returned.
Important Notes:
- Ensure that the return is postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
- Items must be in new or gently used condition.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Undeliverable Packages:
- Orders returned to the HŪMN ['sāpien] warehouse due to incorrect shipping information or a missed delivery will not be refunded.
